Macromedia Flash is great for adding movement and
animation to a site.
Some sites use full blown flash introductory pages, but these
need to be thought through so that they add value and don't become
annoying to site visitors. Flash can also be used more subtly as
shown opposite, from a kitchen products web site, incorporating
smaller animations into standard web pages.
This example has been set to not automatically repeat, as it would
be distracting to continally do so. To see the animation again,
click 'Refresh' on the browser.
